Chicken and Mushrooms with Pumpkin Honey Mustard

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard
Directions
In a skillet, saute chicken in butter for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove chicken and keep warm.
Stir mushrooms, cream and Pumpkin Honey Mustard into skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat 5-10 minutes.
Spoon mixture over chicken.
