Ingredients
3 eggs
Greek yogurt (not sweetened)
Chicken breast/Chicken fillet

Grated Cheese of your choice (optional)
High-Quality Sea Salt
Directions
Mix the eggs in a bowl and whisk until white and puffy
Add cheese to the mix and whisk again
For the chicken: marinade in Greek yoghurt, salt , olive oil and herbs by choice (leave up to 24h in the fridge)
Cook the chicken in a pan until cooked through (5 min on each side approx.)
Remove cooked chicken to the side
Pour the egg mix with the cheese into the pan on medium heat
Allow the eggs to set by allowinf around 5/6 min of cooking time for each side
Add your previously cooked and marinated chicken
Sprinkle on the siracha and Terrapin Ridge Farms Bang Bang Squeeze for that extra deliciousness
