Cut your chicken into tenderloins.
In a small bowl mix together whole milk, 1 egg and salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl mix bisquick and baking powder.
Heat Vegetable oil to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
Dredge chicken pieces in egg mixture, then in Bisquick mixture.
Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
Dip into Nashville Hot Spice Mustard.
