Chopped Corned Beef Sandwich with Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip

Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip
Directions
On a cutting board, place a large handful of coleslaw down.
On top, add a few slices of corned beef. Next, add a couple pieces of Swiss cheese.
Add a hefty dollop of Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip.
Finely chop all ingredients together.
In a skillet with butter, slightly toast your rye bread. Once toasted, add chopped ingredients between two pieces of rye bread.
Cut in half and enjoy!
