Get out your hand-dandy waffle iron and spray with your favorite cooking spray and turn on.
Add all ingredients and 1 tablespoon of our Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam into a mixing bowl. Blend in a blender or by hand with whisk until smooth.
Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
Heat up approximately 1/2 cup of Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam in the microwave for 15-35 seconds. Once jam is at your desired consistency and heat, pour glaze on top of cooked waffles. Add a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy!
