Coconut Curried Veal Open Face Sandwich

Sautéed Veal
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Mixed greens
Cheddar Cheese
- Toasted rye
- Salt and Pepper
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Coconut Curry Aioli
Directions
Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove fat from veal and cook in oil, turning once, until brown.
Add, water, 1/4 teaspoon salt, chopped onions and garlic to veal in skillet. Heat to boiling and then reduce heat.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes, adding water if necessary, until veal and vegetables are tender.
Once cooked, drain the moisture and set aside. Place a piece of cheese on bread and toast until melted. Finish by adding mixed greens and sauteed veal.
Drizzle a large amount of Terrapin Ridge Farms Coconut Curry Aioli to top it all of and enjoy!
