Ingredients
- Rotisserie Chicken (or any kind of chicken you like)

1 tbs of Terrapin Ridge Farms Coconut Curry Aioli
- 3 tbs Mayonaise
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
Directions
Add ingredients to a bowl and mix together.
Serve this Coconut Curry Chicken Salad cold with pita, naan bread, celery sticks, crackers, or lettuce wraps.
This recipe works well as an appetizer as well as a lunch or dinner recipe.
