Favorite Coffee Rub
Pork Loin
Olive Oil

Directions

Coat the pork in olive oil and your favorite coffee rub.
Cook in the oven or on a grill until internal temperature is 140 degrees F.
Heat up a few tablespoons of the Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier in the microwave or on the stovetop. Just until it becomes a little runnier.
