Directions
Use a large wooden serving board or platter as your base.
Place the Brie near one corner, slice other cheeses and distribute them evenly across the board. Place the cranberry cheese near the center to highlight its color.
Spoon Terrapin Ridge Farms Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier into a small bowl or ramekin.
Arrange fresh and dried fruits in clusters around the cheeses. Distribute almonds and candied nuts in small piles throughout the board for balance.
Add stacks of crackers and breadsticks along the edges of the board, near dips or cheeses.
Place olives in a small bowl and roll or fold charcuterie slices and place them near complementary cheeses.
Use fresh rosemary sprigs for a fragrant, festive touch. Add pinecones and cinnamon sticks for a seasonal look.
Recipe Note
Warm the cranberry relish slightly before serving to enhance its flavors and make it easier to spread over cheeses or crackers.
