Creamy Chicken Enchilada Dip

Whether you're the host or just bringing a dish, this dip is an easy and delicious use of our Hatch Chile Bacon Ranch Dip!

Ingredients
3 cups chopped grilled chicken
8 ozs softened cream cheese
1 can of corn
1/2 cup of green enchilada mix
1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Hatch Chile Bacon Ranch Dip
Directions
Season your chicken thighs with salt and pepper and grill them until they reach 165 degrees internal . You can also use rotisserie chicken.
Into a bowl mix together all the ingredients listed above.
Pour it into a cast iron pan, cover with more pepper jack and some cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then top with green onions.
