Creamy Chipotle Pepper Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
1 Whole chicken
- Your favorite BBQ rub and/or spices
- 1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- Sliced pepper jack cheese
- 1 Jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Chipotle Pepper Dip
Directions
Set up your smoker for indirect cooking at about 375 degrees (or preheat your oven to 350 degrees).
Spatchcock your whole chicken and season with your favorite BBQ rub and/or seasonings.
Place your whole seasoned chicken in your cooker and cook until the breast temperature reads 165 degrees F.
Remove your chicken and with either heat resistant gloves or two forks shred your chicken until fine.
In a medium size mixing bowl mix the shredded chicken and a jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Chipotle Pepper Dip.
Half your Kings Hawaiian rolls and put about 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture.
Add sliced pepper jack.
Serve and enjoy!
