Mix together the butter and Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours.
Preheat your cast iron skillet until it is very hot, roughly for 4-5 minutes. Rub entire steak with creamy garlic compound butter and place on skillet. Cook on each side of the steak until it is easily moved, around 1-2 minutes each side. Add more butter to the pan as you cook and baste the steak in the melted butter and juices. Once the steak reaches at least 135 degrees F you can serve! This steak tastes incredible and so juicy. You'll wish you made more than two!
