Creamy Potato Salad

Ingredients
3 lbs russet potatoes

1/3 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard
- 2 green bell peppers diced
- 3 stalks of celery diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Optional: Chopped Onions
Directions
In a large pot, boil potatoes until they are tender (around 30 minutes). When finished, drain and peel. Cut into around 1-2 inch chunks.
In large bowl, combine potatoes, Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard, green bell peppers, 3 stalks of celery, mayonnaise and chopped onions.
Cool completely and then serve! (We suggest preparing ahead of time!)
