Dilly Deviled Eggs
INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut each egg lengthwise and remove yolks, setting them aside in a small bowl.
- Mash yolks with a fork.
- Add salt, pepper, Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard, and Mayonnaise. Mix together well.

- Slice eggs in half lengthwise, carefully remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Spicy Chipotle, salt, and pepper stir well.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Garnishing Squeeze.

Deviled Bacon and Eggs
INGREDIENTS:

- Hard boil eggs or buy pre-hard-boiled eggs.
- Slice eggs in half, take out the hard-boiled egg yolk and place into a mixing bowl.
- Mix egg yolks, mayonnaise and Hot Pepper Bacon Jam together.
- Fill piping bag with egg yolk mixture and pipe into the open-faced sliced eggs (or use a spoon).
- Arrange eggs to serve on a tray or on a snack board.
- Sprinkle with a little salt before serving. Add extra Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on top if desired or keep on the side.

- Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks place in medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika mix well.
- Spoon into re-sealable plastic bag. Cut small corner from bottom of bag.
- Use to pipe filling into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.

INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Scoop yolks from 4 eggs into medium bowl. Remove remaining yolks and reserve for another use.
- Add crab meat, Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Garnish Squeeze, dry mustard and ground red pepper to yolks in bowl. Mix and mash with fork until well blended.
- Mound yolk mixture into center of each cooked egg white. Garnish each with parsley sprig. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

INGREDIENTS:
DIRECTIONS:
- Add 6 eggs to a medium-sized pot and cover with water. Place on stovetop and bring water to a boil.
- Once water begins to boil, lower heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and drain. Place immediately into an ice bath for at least 10 minutes.
- Peel eggs.
- Cut eggs in half and remove yolks. Add yolks to bowl and set egg whites aside.
- Add mayo and mustard to the bowl. Combine.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Top with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped dill and paprika.
