Ingredients
½ cup onions, chopped
3½ cups chicken, diced rotisserie or breasts
- 1 cup chopped celery

2 cups Terrapin Ridge Farms Pineapple Habanero Sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
Serve on a croissant or warm pita bread.
Garnish with an orange slice and either feta cheese or chopped walnuts.
