Cook the pasta and sausages according to their package directions.
Meanwhile, chop the mozzarella, olives, tomatoes, onion, celery, pepper, carrot, and parsley. Set aside.
Rinse the garbanzo beans. Set aside.
Once the pasta and sausages are cooled, toss all of the ingredients with the Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Chill the pasta salad for at least a half hour prior to serving. Add more aioli after chilling if necessary.
