Sour dough, toasted
Pepper jack cheese
Filet mignon
Arugula

Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Habanero Bacon Jam

Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Aioli
Onions
Mushrooms
Directions
Tenderize and season steak to your liking. Set aside. Peel, half, and slice onion.
Saute onions and mushrooms with 1/4 tbsp butter or oil on med/high heat.
Cook steak to just under temp of your choice, set aside.
Slice sourdough toast, add pepper jack cheese toast in oven at 350 until cheese melted.
Build sandwich. Add hot habanero bacon jam, sriracha horseradish aioli, arugula, mushrooms, onions, and steak. Enjoy!
