French Bread BBQ Chicken Pizza

French Bread BBQ Chicken Pizza with the perfect amount of sweet & spicy!

Ingredients
1 loaf of french bread
-
1- 1½ cups Terrapin Ridge Sweet Heat BBQ Sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 - 1½ cups chicken, cooked and shredded
(optional toppings): red onion, chopped cilantro
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cut your french bread loaf in half.
Spread bbq sauce evenly over the top of each french bread loaf. Leave extra for drizzling at the end.
Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top of each loaf. Top with extra bbq sauce.
Then, sprinkle shredded chicken on each loaf as well.
Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starts to turn golden.
Top pizza with cilantro and red onion. Enjoy!
