Fried Chicken and Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam

Ingredients

2 slices of bread
2-3 Tbsp butter
2 slices Cheddar cheese
2 slices provolone cheese
1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
1 cooked fried chicken breast

Directions

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place bread slices butter-side down on preheated skillet.
Add one slice of Cheddar cheese and one slice of Provolone cheese to each slice of bread.
Cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
When the cheese is melted spread Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on top of the melted cheese on each slice of bread.
Place fried chicken breast on top of one slice of bread then place the additional slice of bread, cheese down, on top of the fried chicken.
Remove from skillet, slice in half and enjoy.
