Put potatoes into a large pot of water and cook until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Dice the onion into small pieces. Stir together onions, mayonaise and Dill Pickle Mustard.
Peel potatoes (optional, we like skin on ours sometimes) and dice into 1 inch chunks.
Fold potatoes into mayonaise, onion, and Dill Pickle Mustard mixture.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
