Ingredients
Rye bread, sliced

Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic Kraut Mustard
Deli corned beef
Swiss cheese slices
Sauerkraut, drained and lightly squeezed
Butter or olive oil, for grilling
Directions
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Butter one side of each slice of rye bread
On the unbuttered side, spread a generous layer of Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic Kraut Mustard.
Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut on one slice of bread. Top with the remaining bread, buttered side out.
Grill the sandwich until the bread is golden and crips and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
