Greek Salad with Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- Yellow and red bell peppers
- Grape tomatoes, sliced in half
- Seedless cucumber
- Red onion
- Pitted Kalamata Olives
- Feta Cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic & Herb Vinaigrette
- Finishing salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the vegetables into desired size of pieces.
Combine everything except dressing in large bowl.
Drizzle with enough vinaigrette to cover and toss gently.
Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
If desired, add chopped romaine lettuce.
