Terrapin Ridge Farms Carnitas Grill and Wing Sauce
chicken breast
olive oil
lemon juice
Neil’s Sarap gourmet lemon pepper seasoning
Bear Mountain BBQ oak pellets
asparagus
Spiceology Greek Freak seasoning
Directions
Marinate the chicken breast in a Ziploc bag with olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Neil's Sarap gourmet lemon pepper seasoning for about an hour
Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640S grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit using Bear Mountain BBQ oak pellets
Place the marinated chicken breast over direct flame on the grill and cook, flipping and rotating, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F
Wash and trim the asparagus, then place it into a preheated pan with olive oil over medium heat
Cook the asparagus until the color darkens, then add Spiceology Greek Freak seasoning, tossing to coat evenly
Once the chicken is cooked and the asparagus is ready, remove them from the grill and let the chicken rest for a few minutes
Slice the chicken breast and plate it alongside the seasoned asparagus
