Ingredients
- ¾ cup Chopped Georgia Pecans (chopped small)
- 5 ½ tbsp. Terrapin Ridge Farms Peach Honey Mustard
- 4 each Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 5 ounces each)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
In a small bowl, combine pecans and Terrapin Ridge Farms Peach Honey Mustard.
Place chicken and pecan mixture in re-sealable plastic bag and shake gently to coat chicken with mixture.
Transfer chicken to small baking dish and partially bake 15 minutes. Save pan juices from chicken.
Prepare charcoal grill or preheat gas grill. Finish cooking breasts on grill.
Plate chicken breasts and pour pan juices over chicken breasts.
