Grilled Pineapple with Jerk Shrimp

Terrapin Ridge Farms Bang Bang Squeeze
Directions
First, create a sauce from strained and reduced pineapple preserves, brown sugar, garlic, apple cider vinegar and thyme.
In your sauce, sauté jerk seasoned shrimp, peppers, and onions together until cooked. Cook rice and set aside.
Cut a whole pineapple in half, and hollow out the inside as your “bowl”.
Grill the pineapple until slightly charred. Fill pineapple bowl with rice, and top with sauteed shrimp and veggies.
Finish by drizzling a large amount of Terrapin Ridge Farms Bang Bang Sauce for that extra oomph!
