Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mango Habanero Glaze

Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork tenderloin
Salt
- 2 tbsp. Canola oil
Black pepper
- ½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam
Directions
Place ½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam in microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each time in microwave, until it softens and can be easily brushed on to the pork tenderloin.
Set aside a few tablespoons of the Mango Habanero Jam for brushing the pork after grilling.
Add salt and pepper to pork tenderloin.
Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side, brushing frequently with Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam.
Remove from the grill, brush again with jam and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice into 1/2-inch thick slices and serve immediately.
