Grilled Steak Panini with Balsamic Onion Jam

- Grilled ciabatta bread
- NY Strip
- Havarti cheese
- Sautéed mushrooms
- Crispy strips of bacon
- Arugula
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam
Directions
Season steak and place on preheated panini press. Close the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until medium-rare.
Transfer steak to cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes. Once cool, slice steak against the grain into bite sized pieces
Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
Sautee mushrooms until golden brown.
Wipe off panini press with paper towels and adjust to the “panini” setting. Spray generously with nonstick cooking spray.
Brush each piece of bread with butter.
On one piece of bread, add a hefty dollop of Terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam.
On the panini grill, layer steak, bacon, mushrooms, and cheese. Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the outside is golden and crispy and the cheese begins to melt.
Open the sandwiches and top with arugula. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately. Enjoy!
