Ingredients
- Assorted veggies

Terrapin Ridge Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
1 tbsp Butter, melted
- Coarse salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix melted butter and Terrapin Ridge Lemon Honey Vinaigrette. Reserve some for drizzling after cooking.
Marinate veggies in vinaigrette for several hours & up to overnight.
Grill veggies until crisp tender.
Finish with course ground salt & pepper and a drizzle of lemon honey butter.
