Ingredients
- 2/3 can of Roasted Whole Kernel Corn, or Roasted Corn on the Cob
- Chives
- Lime Juice (optional)

1/2 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hatch Chile Cream Cheese Dip
Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together and serve. Can be served warm, heat up in a pan on the stove. Sprinkle chives/green and lime juice onion on the top before serving.
