Black beans

La Mexicana Salsas mild salsa
Leftover guacamole and queso from Chipotle (or your choice of queso and guacamole)
Directions
Cook the basmati rice according to the package instructions. Minute Rice typically cooks in just a few minutes.
While the rice is cooking, warm the black beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
Shred the rotisserie chicken and mix it with Terrapin Ridge Farms Buffalo Aioli in a bowl until well combined.
