Ingredients

Hot Habanero Bacon Jam
Jalapenos in halves
Brie
Prosciutto
Oil
Barbecue Rub
Directions
Slice your jalapenos in halves
Remove seeds and veins for filling
Slice up your brie to fit
Fill other half with Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Habanero Bacon Jam
Wrap each one with Prosciutto
Coat in oil and season with barbecue rub
Smoke at 300 for about an hour
