Ingredients

4 thick slices of toast
2 avocados
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp Hot Pepper Bacon Jam per piece of toast
4 fried eggs

Directions

Mash avocados. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bread and butter it.
Top the toast with mashed avocado, then 1 tbsp of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam, then top with a fried egg.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
