Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Breakfast Croissant

- 1 croissant
- Sliced turkey
- 2 eggs
- Havarti cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
- Arugula
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Start by setting the oven on medium heat. Lightly pan fry turkey in a skillet sprayed with Pam and set aside.
Whisk egg whites with 2% milk, salt and pepper and scramble in same skillet as turkey.
Cut croissant in half with a serrated knife and smear Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on both sides.
Next, layer turkey and cheese followed by your scrambled eggs. Bake in warm oven until cheese is melted.
Remove and top with arugula. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
