Ingredients
1 croissant
3 oz sliced turkey
0.5 oz sliced havarti

2 tsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
1/2 cup arugula
Directions
Turn oven on low broil. Assemble the turkey and cheese on one half of the croissant. Place into the oven until cheese is melted.
Spread the jam on, add the arugula, fold together, and cut in half. Enjoy!
