Ingredients

Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
1 lb large raw peel and deveined shrimp
12 oz package microwaveable bacon
parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F
Slightly cook bacon in microwave for 1 minute on paper towel until soft. Remove and drain
Cut bacon in half width wise, wrap around raw shrimp and secure with a toothpick
Heat Hot Pepper Bacon Jam in microwave or stovetop to loosen the jam up a bit.
Brush the jam on to the shrimp as a glaze
Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
Place Shrimp on platter and brush with more Hot Pepper Bacon Jam, sprinkle with parsley
