Ingredients

10-12 baguette slices
1 peach sliced into thin pieces

1 large burrata ball
flaky salt for garnishing

Directions

Toast your baguette slices on a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
In the same pan, fry your peach slices in olive oil until golden brown. I’d recommend high heat so they get crispy fast and the peach doesn’t get mushy.
