Hot Pepper Berry Double Bacon Appetizer

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream cheese
-
2 teaspoon of Terrapin Ridge Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam
- 1 slice applewood-smoked bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix cream cheese and Terrapin Ridge Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam together in a small bowl.
Spread over bacon slice. Roll up and transfer to the baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until bacon is browned and crispy, 10 to 15 minutes.
