Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce
Directions
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Once hot, grill flatbread until char marks appear (2-3 minutes) and set aside.
For the peaches, slice them very thin and lightly brush with olive oil. Grill them until warm.
Caramelize your onion and evenly distribute on top of flatbread along with sliced peaches.
Drizzle all over with Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce.
Return flatbread to grill and close the lid for a few more minutes until the cheese has melted and the dough fully cooked.
Finish by topping with fresh baby arugula and few pieces of prosciutto.
Top with more Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Peach Bourbon Sauce if needed.
