In a mixing bowl, combine equal parts cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Add diced jalapeño along with desired seasonings. Mix well and set aside.
In a buttered skillet, toast your bread and evenly spread a layer of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on the inside.
While bread is toasting, place desired cured meats and crispy bacon on top.
Add a hefty scoop of jalapeño popper mix. Add more cheese if desired.
Place bread on top and flip over to toast the opposite side. Cook until golden brown.
Drizzle with honey. Cut in half and enjoy!
