Jammin’ Burger with Amber Ale Pineapple Jalapeño Jam

Terrapin Ridge Farms Amber Ale
Pineapple Jalapeno Jam
Directions
To make the burgers, mix the ground beef with the salt, pepper, and minced garlic until combined. Form the burgers into 4 equal patties. Place a slice of pineapple on top of each.
Crisscross 2 bacon strips around each burger, and secure with toothpicks. Brush oil on the grate. Place burgers on the grill over medium-low heat.
Cook & covered, until burger is cooked through. Turn often to avoid burning bacon. In the last minute, add a the cheese on top, allowing it to melt.
Once melted, remove from heat, and assemble burger by placing a hefty dollop of Terrapin Ridge Farms Amber Ale Pineapple Jam on top.
Top it off by adding your lettuce, onion, and jalapeños. Before closing the pretzel bun, drizzle your choice of beer cheese on top. Enjoy!
