Ingredients
Fresh snapper filets
Lemon slices
Seasoning of choice, we use citrus dust seasoning from Finny’s
Olive Oil

Directions
Preheat your grill to 375°F (190°C). Begin by preparing the snapper. Thinly slice a lemon and set the slices aside. Lightly coat the snapper fillets with olive oil. Lay down the lemon slices on a grill-safe tray or directly on the grill grates. Place the snapper fillets on top of the lemon slices. Sprinkle the fillets generously with citrus dust seasoning and optionally garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
Once assembled, grill the snapper at 375°F until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. This typically takes about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
When the snapper is ready, serve it with a side of Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic Aioli for dipping. Enjoy the fresh, buttery flavor of the snapper!
