Ingredients

1/2 jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup montery jack
Directions
Combine cream cheese, Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
Shape into a ball.
Roll in remaining cheese, cover and refrigerate until serving.
We like to add about a tablespoon of Mango Habanero Jam to the top of the cheeseball before serving.
