Ingredients
- 4 large Sweet Potatoes baked
- 2 Tbsp. Butter

½ cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Tart Cherry, Apple & Rosemary Glaze (or more, to taste)
Directions
- Scoop the sweet potatoes out of the skins and place in bowl. Add the butter and the Terrapin Ridge Farms Tart Cherry, Apple & Rosemary Glaze and mash until there is a smooth consistency.
