Meatloaf with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam, divided
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 egg
- ½ c. Breadcrumbs
- ½ c. Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp Italian Season Blend
- Pinch of Salt & pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Combine all the ingredients, mix well, setting aside 2 Tbsp of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.
Place in loaf plan and cook for 35 minutes.
Baste the remaining 2 Tbsp of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam onto the meatloaf and cook for 10 minutes.
