These adorable little appetizers are like a mini charcuterie board all in one bite! Inspired by a recipe fromThe Baker Mama, here we use our best-selling Hot Pepper Bacon Jam as the base for all of our favorite toppings. The sweet and smoky jam is so good with the salty cheese and charcuterie and also holds everything in place on your cracker.

Ingredients
6 bite-size brie snack cheese
- 2 cheddar cheese snack sticks
- 2 pepperoni snack sticks
- 12 thin slices cured soppressata or salami
- Assorted pickles and olives, for garnish, such as pitted castelvetrano olives, cornichons, and sweet pepper drops
- 24 large assorted entertainment crackers
- One 10.5-ounce jar Terrapin Ridge Farms’ Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
- 12 to 24 smoked almonds
- Small rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Directions
Get all of your toppings ready! Cut the bite-size brie into 6 small wedges. Thinly slice the cheddar cheese sticks and pepperoni sticks. Roll the sliced salami up like a cigar, then cut the rolls in half. Pinch the cut ends of the salami together to help your roll ups stay together. Slice your olives and cornichons in half, if using.
- Spread some jam on each of the crackers. Now assemble as you would a charcuterie board: top each with a small wedge of brie, a few slices of sliced cheddar and pepperoni. Add a salami rose on each one, a half of an olive, and a half of a cornichons, and a sweet pepper drop, if using. Top each cracker with a smoked almond or two and a small sprig of rosemary for garnish. Enjoy!
