Ingredients

1 TBSP Terrapin Ridge Farms Pecan Honey Mustard
1 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 Acorn Squash

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix equal parts Terrapin Ridge Farms Pecan honey Mustard, butter and maple syrup.
Split squash and remove the seeds.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place acorn open face down on a sheet pan and bake in oven for 40 minutes or until fork tender.
Turn the squash over. Place half of each mustard mixture in each cavity.
Return to oven and roast for additional 5 - 10 minutes, until brown.
