- 1 bag Tortilla Scoops
- 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella

1 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lay out Tortilla Scoops on a baking sheet. Place 2 tsp. shredded mozzarella in each Tortilla Scoop. Top with Terrapin Ridge Farms Pipin' Hot Pepper Jam. Bake in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
