Polish Kielbasa Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Chopped Polish Kielbasa
Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Monterey Jack Cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard
Directions
Warm pan on medium heat and add 1/2 tbsp of butter or oil.
Add sausage and cook whole until evenly brown. Set aside to cool.
Evenly spread butter on the outside of both sides of bread.
Next, add a generous amount of Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard on the inside of both bread pieces.
Cut your sausage into cubes and place on sandwich and top with desired cheeses.
Toast sandwich in the same pan as your sausage until golden and crisp. Enjoy!
