Crush the potato chips and add in the sliced Thai chili pepper. Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix up the eggs in a bowl and dip the chicken in the egg mix. Now dip the chicken in the crushed potato chips mixture. Place on a baking rack and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Drizzle on heaping amounts of Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze and sprinkle a bit of cilantro. Enjoy!
