These cheesy, crunchy ham-and-cheese pinwheels come together in less than 15 minutes! They’re an excellent after school snack or late-night bite when those salty cravings hit. As cheese melts, they become these melty pull-apart ham-and-cheese bites with a deliciously caramelized bottom. Our squeezable Creamy Garlic Mustard Squeeze makes things extra easy and is the perfect pairing with the smoked ham and nutty Swiss cheese. Be sure to serve more on the side for dipping, too! We call for an oven or toaster oven in this recipe, but you can also make this in an air fryer. If so, cut the cooking time down to 6 to 8 minutes.
Ingredients
1 burrito-size tortilla
-
Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard Squeeze
- 3 slices deli ham
2 slices Swiss cheese or white American cheese
Nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
- Pickles, for serving
Directions
Preheat an oven or toaster oven to 400°F and line a small rimmed baking sheet or small cake pan with parchment paper.
- On a work surface, drizzle a large tortilla with Creamy Garlic Mustard. Spread in an even layer, if desired. Layer with the ham and cheese. Roll the tortilla up tightly. Spray the outside of the tortilla with nonstick cooking spray or brush with oil.
Using a sharp knife, trim the edges and then cut the tortilla into ¾ inch rounds. Arrange them cut side up in a cluster on the prepared baking sheet. Transfer to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with pickles and more Creamy Garlic Mustard on the side.
